KCW Costing 7 is an internal business tool for authorized company administrators to retrieve accounting information and support project costing. Access is by company authorization only. It is not offered as a public subscription service.

Use the portal only for companies whose accounting information you are authorized to access. Keep your sign-in and company access secure. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another company's information.

The application's QuickBooks accounting operations are read-only. They do not create, change, or delete QuickBooks transactions. Intuit's authorization scope may describe broader permissions; the application restricts its accounting requests to supported reads. Connecting, refreshing, and revoking authorization manage the connection itself.

This is a prototype. Results require review against the source books and operating records before use in business decisions. Successful retrieval does not establish that a month is complete or that costs are correctly classified. QuickBooks, hosting, or network interruptions may prevent retrieval. Existing accounting and review processes remain necessary.

An authorized administrator may disconnect a company using the portal's company-connections page. A failed disconnect is reported and may require retrying or revoking access through QuickBooks. Disconnecting does not change the company's accounting records.
